Registration is available 4 weeks prior to the event via firstname.lastname@example.org. After registering, you will receive an e-mail with payment details. Your registration will only be official after you have successfully submitted the payment and sent a transfer confirmation e-mail. Please remember that the spots for each event are limited.
If you want to withdraw your registration please do so at least 10 days prior to the event via e-mail. Your fee can only be returned if we can find a substitute. Should you not appear on the day of the event, we will not be able to refund you. Should this happen twice, you will not be considered for the remaining events during the semester. If the necessary number of participants is not reached, the event has to be cancelled. In that case your fee will be refunded.
About one week prior to the event you will receive more details about the meeting point and further organizational matters.
On the day of the event we may take some photographs. We hold the right to use these pictures for our website and future event brochures.
If you do not wish to have pictures taken, please inform the representative of the TUM-GS cultural program on the day of the event.
Please notice that taking part in the activities is at one’s own risk. The TUM- Graduate School will assume no liability.
