EuroTech Alliance

TUM is a member of the EuroTech Universities Alliance which was founded in 2006 by the DTU und TUM. The EuroTech Alliance is a strategic partnership among six technical universities in Europe:  

The goal of the alliance is to engage in extensive scientific cooperation and capacity building to jointly find technical solutions to the global challenges of the 21st century.

The EuroTech Alliance promotes dialogue and qualification among doctoral candidates and junior scholars and scientists, who are eligible to participate in the course programs offered by all partner universities. For an overview of current courses, please see the EuroTech PhD Course Database. The TUM Graduate School supports its members’ participation in the subject-specific courses with its Partnership Mobility Grant.

Course participation can be associated with a longer stay at the relevant institution for research purposes. The EuroTech universities have established advising offices for this. Your doctoral candidates are welcome to contact them for assistance:
