Process compliance is an essential branch of business process management and has the objective to ensure that processes obey to the rules, constraints and guidelines imposed on them.
Process compliance has to be considered throughout the entire business process management lifecycle, i.e., while modeling, implementing, monitoring and discovering processes, and constitutes a highly complex task.
Within this talk, we will focus on several aspects of process compliance highlighting selected challenges and presenting prior work for addressing those aspects in the logistics and transportation domain context.
