Gender Awareness Workshop

On Tuesday, July 2nd, seven AdONE collegiates participated in a course on "In Science only quality matters". The course was taught by Dr. Ulla Weber who is central gender equality officer at the Max Planch Society. The participants discussed metrics on gender equality as well as strategies to overcome gender bias on an orginizational and individual level.

We would like to thank Dr. Weber for the great course and thank the DFG for the financial support.
