From 11-15 June 2018 the second ICL-TUM Global Fellows Programme took place: "Cities of the Future" was hosted by Imperial College London at the Velodrome, Olympic Park in London, UK.
The focus of 2018 was “Innovation and Design for Health and Wellbeing” covering all aspects of health care, transport, housing and sustainability for all generations and all communities. Technological innovations and solutions which assist in improving quality of life in cities were also explored.
The programme highlighted some areas of research that are happening just now and asked participants to develop their collaborative research skills by working together to consider the challenges and opportunities of the Cities of the Future.
