In our new info event series “Before Departure", we wish to provide you with an overview of the most important issues for you to consider be-fore your intended departure date.
Among others, we will be covering the following topics:
- Leaving TUM: TUM-GS membership, TUM account, de-enrollment, TUM alumni network and career possibilities
- Leaving Munich/ Germany (this part is directed mainly at international doctoral candidates): terminating contracts and insurances, radio & television license fee, tax declaration, pension, de-registration of your address etc.

The info event is scheduled to take place twice per semester – once remotely via Zoom and once on site.
